* At 640 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heavy rainfall has
ended. However due to saturated soils…earlier rainfall continues
to run off and will cause flooding of streams and creeks as well as
other low lying and poor drainage areas.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Plano, Garland, McKinney, Carrollton, Frisco, Denton, Richardson,
Lewisville, Allen, Flower Mound, Wylie, Coppell, The Colony,
Southlake, Sachse, Corinth, Highland Village, Addison, Trophy Club
and Lake Dallas.
