The Flood Warning continues for
The Solomon River near Glasco.
* until Tuesday afternoon.
* At 4:00 PM Sunday the stage was 26.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast…The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
this evening.
* Impact…At 25.0 feet…County Road 763 floods west of Glasco near
the west end bridge.
Instruction: Safety Message…Do not drive into flooded areas. Shallow flowing
water can wash a car from the roadway. Also, the roadbed may be
washed out under the water.
