Description: At 1011 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated an area of very heavy
rainfall across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen. Emergency Management and county 911 reports multiple
roads closed due to flood along with multiple gauges in minor flood
stage.

Instruction: Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
